Our New Place

So in September of 2008 me and Laura bought a new place, it was a trailer, a cheap run down crummy trailer because we were tired of renting. We wanted to own some thing that we couls sell, and we just didn't have the money for a home yet. Below you will see some footage and pictures of the house and the work we had to put into it. Luckily we had some help, or else we probably would have never moved in, in time.

Before Stuff

Lets start with some video, it's a little long, I think the two parts are about 25 minutes together, so if you just want to get the virtual tour of the semi-finished place jump down to the button of this page. Other wise take a look at all the work we had to do in the place, keep in mind this is after alot of work was already done. If I remember right we ended up using 13 gallons of primer on the place. Every wall had a very dark bold color, like wine red, or dark green.

So one day our internet was down, and I didn't think any thing of it because the next day it was back, but then it was down for two day. Then a week, so I called the cable guy, and when he came out he found tha the cable wires had been chewed badly. It doesn't have much to do with home repair, I just thought the pictures of the cable was amusing.

Finished Product

Here is a video of me giving Alicia (an old friend from high school) a tour of our new place.

A few things have changed since that video, so I think I'll probabably take a few pictures and put them up when I get a chance.
